Certification's goal
The European Financial Planner® (EFP) is the highest level of certification. It concerns the financial planning activity as a whole.
Outside Europe, this certification is providing under the label International Financial Planner® (IFP) certification. The certificate is adapted to local constraints.
Target audience
That certification offers a training Integrated practice of financial planning including investments at portfolio level, estate planning, international taxation, retirement and insurance needs not only for private clients but also for business owners.
Duration
The educational programs should be covered in a minimum of 21 classroom days or 168 tuition hours (or equivalent), after EFA or IFA certifications.

- Indicative and non exhaustive Content :
The scope of automatic exchange of information to include information from transactions (transfer or exchange) in crypto-assets, noncustodial dividends (and similar revenues) and advance cross-border tax rulings for high-net-worth individuals
The information to be reported under DAC2 (Common Reporting Standard) (CRS) and includes other adjustments made to the CRS by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD)
Incorporates the exemption for lawyers bound by the legal professional privilege from notifying other intermediaries of their DAC6 (mandatory disclosure rules) (MDR) reporting obligations to comply with the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) ruling on Case C-694/20
